Sunday Long Runs

Sunday long runs tend to range about 6-20 miles (depending on what you are training for) and are held at a different locations each week. Check back at the beginning of each month for updated locations.

 

Meet at 7 a.m. regardless of season or weather

Weekday Runs

Weekday runs are Monday - Thursday at 6:30 p.m. 

Fall and winter: meet at Creekside Park

Spring and summer: meet at Suzanne Park
