Creekside Park in Walnut –  From FWY 10, exit at Grand Ave. and go south toward Mt. SAC.  In 2-3/4 miles, turn right onto Amar Rd. (ON GREEN LIGHT ONLY).  Travel about 1-3/4 miles, then turn left onto Lemon Ave.  Turn right onto Creekside Dr. and travel about half a mile to the park. There are restrooms at the park.  Creekside Park’s address is 780 Creekside Dr.

Frank Bonelli Park in San Dimas – From FWY 57, exit at Via Verde (Raging Waters) then turn left if you were southbound or turn right if you were northbound. Meet at the Park and Ride lot on the north side of Via Verde.  There are bathrooms at the 76 gas station one-half block from the parking lot plus several bathrooms along the running route in the park.

Suzanne Park - From FWY 10, exit at Grand Ave. and go south toward Mt. SAC.  In 4 miles, turn right onto La Puente Rd. Travel about 3/4 miles, then turn right onto Suzanne Rd.  The parking lot will be on the left. There are restrooms at the park.  Suzanne Park’s address is 625 Suzanne Rd, Walnut, CA 91789.

Occasional Sunday Run Locations

 

Annual Beach Run and Potluck at Huntington Beach - From 405 FWY or 22 FWY, exit at Beach Blvd. and go south toward Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).  Cross PCH and enter the parking lot on the left. The fee for parking is $15. We meet at Lifeguard Station #14.

 

Cameron Park in West Covina - From FWY 210 or FWY 10, exit at Azusa Ave. and go south. Turn right (west) onto Cameron Ave.  Meet at the parking lot on the northwest corner of Lark Ellen Ave. and Cameron Ave.  (If you are coming from FWY 60, exit at Azusa Ave. and go north.  Turn left onto Cameron Ave. toward Lark Ellen Ave.). There are restrooms at the park.

 

Gladstone Park in Glendora – From FWY 210, exit at Sunflower Ave. and go south. Travel ¼ mile then turn right onto Gladstone St.  The park is on the left.  Park by the circular reservoir on the west side of the park. Gladstone Park’s address is 600 East Gladstone St., Glendora. There are restrooms at the park.

 

Griffith Park in Claremont - From FWY 210, exit at Towne Ave. then turn right (ON GREEN LIGHT ONLY).  Travel 500 feet then turn right (west) onto Ridgefield Dr.  Turn left onto Woodbend Dr. and the park is on the right.  There are restrooms at the park.

 

New York Pizzeria in Walnut - From FWY 10, exit at Grand Ave. and go south toward Mt. SAC.  In about 4 miles, turn right onto La Puente Rd.  In 1-3/4 miles, turn left onto the shopping center before you reach Lemon Ave.  New York Pizzeria’s address is 364 Lemon Ave., Walnut.  Restroom at the Chevron gas station.

 

Oak Mesa Park (Marshall Canyon) in La Verne - From FWY 210, take the exit and keep right to merge onto Foothill Blvd. (La Verne).  Turn left (north) onto Wheeler Ave.  In about a mile, you reach the park on the right.  Oak Mesa Park’s address is 5400 Wheeler Ave., La Verne.

 

Pioneer Park in Azusa - From FWY 210, exit and go north at Azusa Ave. Turn right onto E. Sierra Madre Ave. then turn right onto Dalton Ave.  Park your car on the street.  There are restrooms at the park. Pioneer Park’s address is 1360 N. Dalton Ave., Azusa.

 

Snow Creek Park in Walnut - From FWY 10, exit at Grand Ave. and go south toward Mt. SAC.  In about 3.5 miles, turn left onto Snow Creek Dr.  The park is on the right. There are restrooms at the park. Snow Creek Park’s address is 20633 Snow Creek Dr., Walnut.

 

Walnut Ranch Park in Walnut - From FWY 10, exit at Grand Ave. and go south toward Mt. SAC.  In 2-3/4 miles, turn right onto Amar Rd. (ON GREEN LIGHT ONLY).  Travel about 1 mile then enter the park on your right.  There are restrooms at the park. Walnut Ranch Park’s address is 20101 Amar Rd., Walnut.

 

San Dimas Canyon Park in San Dimas – From FWY 210 eastbound, exit at San Dimas Ave. Go north then turn right onto Foothill Blvd.  Turn left onto San Dimas Cyn. Rd. then turn left onto Sycamore Cyn. Rd.  Immediately turn right onto the park’s parking lot.

From FWY 210 westbound, exit at Foothill Blvd.  Turn right then in about half a mile, turn right onto San Dimas Cyn. Rd.  Turn left onto Sycamore Cyn. Rd. then immediately turn right onto the park’s parking lot.  There are restrooms at the park.

 

Lario San Gabriel River Trail in Azusa – From FWY 210, exit at N. Irwindale Ave. and go north.  Turn left at W. Foothill Blvd.  In about half a mile, turn right onto the paved road that leads to the parking area. There are restrooms at the parking lot.

 

Finkbiner Park in Glendora – From FWY 210, exit at Grand Ave. and go north.  Turn right onto Foothill Blvd. then turn left onto Cullen Ave.  After a block, turn left onto Dalton Ave. and park on the right.  There are restrooms at the park.

 

Schabarum Park in Rowland Heights – From FWY 60, exit at Fullerton Rd. and go south.  Turn right onto Colima Rd.  In about half a mile, turn right into McDonalds and park.

 

Country Crossings Park in Phillips Ranch (Pomona) – From FWY 57, exit at Temple Ave. and go east (away from Cal Poly).  Continue heading east onto Ave Rancheros then turn right onto Santa Clara Dr.  In ¼ mile, enter the park’s parking lot on the right.  There are restrooms at the park.  Country Crossings Park’s address is 10 Santa Clara Dr., Pomona.

 

Carlton J. Peterson Park in Diamond Bar – From FWY 57, exit at Temple Ave. and go east (away from Cal Poly).  Continue heading east onto Ave Rancheros then turn right onto Golden Springs Dr.  In half a mile, turn left onto Sylvan Glen Rd.  The park is on the right.  There are restrooms at the park.  Carlton J. Peterson Park’s address is 24142 E. Sylvan Glen Rd., Diamond Bar.

 

Pioneer Park in San Dimas – From FWY 57, exit at Arrow Hwy. and go east.  In less than a mile, turn left onto S. Cataract Ave.  The park is on the left before the railroad crossing.  There are restrooms at the park.  Pioneer Park’s address is 225 S. Cataract Ave., San Dimas.

 

Pacific Electric Bike Path in Claremont – Go east on Arrow Hwy and turn left (north) on Claremont Blvd.  Turn right (east) on Huntington Dr.  The street ends in about a half mile; meet there at the parking lot.
